This Privacy Policy explains how Brandau Home Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit brandauhomeservices.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to respond to you and to understand how the Site is used.
When you fill out a quote or contact form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and a description of the work you need. This is sent to us through a third-party form-delivery provider and delivered to our email so we can get back to you. We use it only to respond to your request and provide our services.
If you use our Snap Diagnosis tool, the photo you upload is sent to an automated image-analysis service to generate an instant read of what’s in the image. The photo is used only for that analysis and is not stored on our servers. Please avoid including people, license plates, documents, or other sensitive details in photos you upload.
If you type an address into our service-area checker, that address is sent to a third-party mapping service to place it on the map and measure the distance to our service area. We do not send your typed address to our analytics or advertising tools — only coarse, non-identifying information such as whether the location was in range and the approximate distance.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed, how people arrive, and which actions (like requesting a quote or clicking to call) are taken. This may involve cookies and information such as your approximate location, device, and browser.
You can change your choice at any time:
To run the Site, we rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers — for example, for website analytics, contact-form delivery, hosting, mapping, and automated photo analysis. Each provider receives only the information it needs to perform its function and handles that information under its own privacy policy. For website analytics we use Google Analytics, as described above.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from us, we may send you texts related to the service you requested — for example, appointment confirmations and reminders, quote follow-ups, crew arrival notices, and replies to questions you send us. We only text people who have asked us to.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators and providers of the text messaging services needed to deliver messages.
Your SMS consent and mobile number are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any external organization for any purpose, except as required by law or valid legal process. Your consent to receive text messages from us is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access to, use of, or sharing of the information you provide to us, including mobile numbers and SMS consent records. Access to that information is limited to the people and service providers who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and we review those steps as our business changes.
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time. Reply STOP to any message from (815) 800-2557, and we will stop texting you. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you opt back in.

You can decline analytics cookies using the banner or the button above. You can ask us to access or delete the information you’ve submitted to us by emailing office@brandauhomeservices.com. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above.
